Second Chances

Spreading awareness of becoming an organ donor through second chances on the road.

 

My Role: UX/UI Designer

During the later stages of this project, I was tasked with designing a microsite and digital home for the Second Chances campaign. I was also part of late-stage conceptual meetings to bring forward ideas to push the initiative even further with users.

Awards & Press

Second Chances has won major awards in PR including 5 Cannes Lions, 3 Clios, and a Grand Clio along with tons of press from notable advertising blogs and publications.

This was an extremely quick turnaround, as you can see. This microsite went from wireframes directly to code. I had to make sure that the layout was simple and easy to navigate.

Design Needs

The site was to function as a continuation of the campaign. It acted as an arm for users to visit after receiving a second chance ticket or seeing information about the campaign online.

Our audience was going to range from young to old with all types of expertise, so it had to be simple and informational.

Design Goals

My goal with this microsite was to create wireframes as quickly as possible, and have them serve as the absolute groundwork for color and visual elements to be added. I achieved those goals, as the site would stand to serve as the digital footprint for this campaign.

Takeaways

This project was quick, and served purpose to teach me about the swiftness of some of the most amazing projects in this industry.

I am extremely proud and humbled to be a part of this project, and I was even more proud to be among the recipients of the awards listed above.
